Processing Your Order

Every Pressi Studio order is handmade just for you. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be crafted and prepared for dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Please note that once production has begun, we're unable to make changes to your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. We currently ship Australia-wide only and do not offer international shipping.

• Standard shipping — $7.95 (estimated delivery 2–5 business days after dispatch)
• Express shipping — $11.95 (estimated delivery 1–2 business days after dispatch)
• Free standard shipping on all orders over $65 (excludes bulk orders)

Tracking

Tracking is available for all orders. Your tracking information will be sent automatically to the email address used at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details carefully before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs. Unfortunately, we're unable to update shipping details once your order has been packed.
