Refund Policy
At Pressi Studio, every order is custom-made and crafted with care just for you. Because each piece is personalised, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to review your selected photos, cropping, and order details carefully before placing your order — once submitted, changes cannot be made.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it at hello.pressistudio@gmail.com. We'll do our best to help if production hasn't started yet. Once your order has entered production, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We quality-check every order before it leaves us. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order at hello.pressistudio@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item or defect
- A photo of the packaging, if relevant
- A brief description of the issue
Once we've reviewed your enquiry, we'll work with you to make it right — this may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
A Note on Colour
Our magnets are printed to the highest quality, and we take care to represent colours as accurately as possible in our product images. However, please be aware that the final printed colours may differ slightly from what you see on your screen — this is a natural result of variations in display settings and the printing process. These subtle differences are not considered faults and fall outside our returns policy.
A Note on Photo Quality
The quality of your printed magnet is directly tied to the quality of the photo you upload — a low-resolution or blurry image will produce a low-resolution or blurry print. We want every magnet to look its best, so if we feel your photo may not print well, we'll reach out before proceeding with your order. We recommend uploading the highest quality image available for the best result.
